  • Yes, free public parking on the streets is available to guests. There is a dedicated 15-minute loading and unloading parking spot at the hotel entrance on Broad Street.

  • Yes, the hotel is in the heart of the historic downtown square in Bainbridge, Georgia.

  • Business owners must contact the hotel in advance to seek approval and book a room for commercial photography, videography, or media productions on the premises. The hotel reserves the right to deny or revoke permission for any commercial production at its sole discretion, even if previously granted.

  • The hotel requires pre-approval for any professional photography or videography productions with clients for personal use. Please contact us to inquire about commercial shoot policies, check availability, and book a room. We're happy to accommodate a photo shoot when arranged in advance and with proper authorization.

  • As a historic property, our building has exemptions from some newer ADA standards. However, we provide the following accessibility features: elevator to guest rooms, accessible check-in desk, and wheelchair-accessible common areas and entryways. Please note we do not have grab bars in showers. Contact us to discuss your accessibility needs before booking.

  • We welcome pets under 25 lbs and charge a non-refundable $50 pet sanitation fee. Service animals are also always welcome without restrictions or fees.
